SelfieBox, Selfies and Celebs!
SelfieBox and selfies go hand-in-hand. But add some really famous Celebs and you have the perfect combo! From Arnold Schwarzenegger to SA’s own Cassper Nyovest!

We like to think that we have done loads of events and that everyone present has always enjoyed our SelfieBox photo booths! To date we have never received a bad report (except for the one time that someone from another country accidently clicked on a one star on our Google rating… 🙂
As excited we are about every event’s selfies, videos and GIFs, there is something special about Celebs taking a Selfie on our SelfieBoxes! It is to an extent a feeling of accomplishment, yet at the same time a feeling of gratitude for the opportunity!
A few years ago, we were fortunate enough to have one of our SelfieBox photo booths hired for the Arnold Classic Africa. I remember all the Attendants being excited to go so that they could see Arnold Schwarzenneger and other Celebs.
We expected to see him on stage or possibly at some of the exhibitions, but definitely not in front of our SelfieBox – taking a Selfie with the biggest smile ever!
The moment for him was probably like thousands of others over the course of a hugely successful career, but it remained a reputable moment for us at SelfieBox for many years after that!

Over the years we have taken many, many selfies of famous Celebs, Actors, Singers and Politicians. Some are so famous that we can’t even mention them here!
We would love it if we could post all those Selfies here, but Website page speed and some red tape prevents us from doing that… 😀
SelfieBox South Africa is really looking forward to the future! Especially post COVID-19, as this has been a time of no events, no selfies and definitely no Celebs. We cannot wait for Events to start again – happy memories to be made, loads of laughing selfies, group selfies (groufies) and crazy Animated and Boomerang GIFs! Add to that Special Video FX and GIF Spins and guests having absolute FUN!
And then, of course, the anticipation of another Celeb or 2 or 10 taking a Selfie at one of our many upcoming Events!
Here’s to the past 5 years of SelfieBox, Selfies and Celebs – and the next 25 years ahead!!
